Pyre & Ice, now live!

I am happy to announce that my novella Pyre & Ice has launched on Amazon, in both Kindle and Paperback editions. This is a prequel to the short Under a Wayward Sun in Tuscany Bay Books’ Planetary: Earth anthology.

Walking on the surface of Saturn’s moon. Current Terran Fleet guidelines require full-body cryosuits to be worn at all times by personnel in the open.

A Crisis on Titan

“Me heat’s gone, Jamie!” McGregor said. “I can’t feel me leg!”

“No you doan’! I ain’t t’ set by an’ let my mate cark it up here! Ye’re one mate I ‘ave wi’ blood worth bottlin’!” Stobbins stooped and lifted McGregor from the ice.

Even through his gloves he can feel McGregor’s right leg growing colder. But frostbite is the least of their worries as the men confront a danger that threatens to destroy their entire mission from within.

Titan is a frozen and unforgiving world. Only men and women with fire in their hearts will conquer its cold frontier.

For more reading on Titan, Wikipedia’s not too shabby a resource to get you started, either.

Not all of my works-in-progress share a universe, but ladies and gents, you may be assured that, God willing, this is far from the last you’ll hear of the Wayward Sun universe. I’ve already got another piece underway, but that’s all I’m telling right now.

Keep an eye out, as well, for God Save the King in Tuscany Bay’s Planetary: Sol, available for preorder already and arriving on 10 November.

Until next time.
